Howdy all!

I was told the fastest ISP in Lahore is Wateen. With sincere apologies to anyone who works at Wateen, the ISP sucks balls. The latency is over 1,000 on a good day. At night it drops to between 2,000 and 4,000. It makes almost impossible to competitively play onlile, whether it is WoW or any other game.

Does anyone know if a good ISP that provides true Broadband connection, perhaps a T1?
