      A level books

      AOA friends, i need to know which books are mostly used in schools for a level maths, chemistry and physics.
      The more I get to know people, the more I like my dog!

      It depends on the teacher, but for my own use, I keep the cambridge books. They're good for revision.

      Core course for maths cambridge books for stats and mech.

      No books needed for phy and chem.

      Cambridge chemistry book is really good. I used it to build up my organic chem concepts from scratch less than 2 months from exams in both AS and A2s. Don't rely on it to give you much details like reactions (and their conditions) and stuff. There's a book by Muhammad Ayub that's really good for this kind of stuff (I've heard, never used it really).

      Cambridge book for physics on the other hand isn't very good at all.
      Don't worry about what people think. They don't do it very often.

      I disagree. The Chris Mee one was shitty, the latest one is quite helpful.
