Help advice needed!

my brother who was studying B.F.A hons (Bachelors in fine arts) from hazara university has failed 3 times in his course. He has cleared 4 semesters but never managed to go beyond that due to some circumstances (will gladly explain if some one wants to know why!).he cnt continue studies in the uni becoz of uni rules.

So is there any chance he can complete his course in any other institute? if yes please guide how?

P.S my bro is not dumb in studies. he topped the first 2 semesters.

Bro He should try to regonicze his mistake FOR what he failed everytime, Which mistake doesnot let him to go forward ! He must know either No way !!!

thanks for the reply. the mistake was once a scuffle with the HOD of his dept. the guy made sure my bro never passed the 5th semster under all circumstances. and by the way the HOD in question got lots of "contacts" thus he is untouchable.

If any one knows how we could transfer the 4 semester credit hours to another institution offering BFA hons then PLIZ let me know...thx
