Bachelor`s degree from a Foreign University.

I know this questions has probably been asked many time before but i would be very grateful if some one can help me in this matter.
Iam currently doing second year of Inter and after that, i`ll be doing my Bachelor`s. Many of my relatives have suggested to me to get my BE degree done from a Foreign University as i will carry ore weight. Ive been doing a lot of research on this topic(Even read some PG threads) but haven't found anything solid. Ive only found things related to studying in America, but from what ive gathered USA is pretty expensive. So can some one tell me:

1) Any other country(UK,Spain, Malaysia, Singapore etc) for studying???
2) Good universities in those countries?
3) How to apply for admission into those universities ??? Like what tests do in need to give and stuff.

Iam good at English(written and spoken) as i lived in UK for 4 years and very good at studies so iam pretty sure i`ll be able to ace any English language test.

Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Australia is good option imo. If you find any university through google. See their requirements first. Then consult to HR where you'll find islamabad and rawalpindi you need to see it through news paper. Make sure your ielt band should be above 5.5..

then why you didnt do a levels? first of all,can you pay the expenses? uni's ask for your bank statement so that they can come to know that whether your parents can pay the fees or not,first decide for a uni and then see what they require,but man if you lived aboard and now you are thinking of studying aboard,then y u chose fsc,?????

Iam going to the university of Manitoba, it has one of the lowest fees, and is ranked in the top 200!!

Singapore? NUS.. National University Singapore.. The best dam university in that region.

Hong Kong/ HKU on the other hand is preferred if you have a business oriented field. Huge-A$$ scholarships for PK students. NUS, on the other hand, you can make a bond with the govt. They pay upto S$15k in return for some sort of govt service for a set time period.

Thanks everyone for your replies, choosing FSc was a stupid thing to do but it was my own choice so iam gonna stick with it. My parents are saying that they can give $20k per semester for my studies but thats too much money and i dont want to burden them with it. From what i have gathered USA& UK are very expensive, SO Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Canada are viable alternatives. How do i apply there ??? DO i need to give sats test or is that just for USA ???

Well, it shouldnt be too expensive, $20-22k should be quite sufficient to get me admission into a decent Univesity
