Renting Dedicated cs1.6 servers in Pakistan

Does any of you have any experience regarding the quality of rental servers (dedicated or shared) in Pakistan, couple of Pakistani companies are offering the dedicated servers for rent.

Well Personally my team has rented a server from leonet gaming. If you want I can find you the number and post it . The servers are quiet good with low pings .
I get 20-30 ms with world call 2 mb , but some people from karachi even get 5-10 ms .

PS Charges are like 2300 and 3000 for 12 player and 16 player servers respectively .

My team members are mostly from Rawalpindi and Islamabad area. I am from Attock.

That is the only concern otherwise renting servers from europe or american is more cost effective
