I HAVE MADE A COUNTER STRIKE SERVER AND ITS WORKING BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I AM HAVING LAN IP INSTEAD OF GLOBAL IP,I ALSO FORWARD 27015 PORT IN MY FIBER HOME AN1020-16T MODEM..BUT STILL NON OF MY FRIEND HAS ABLE TO CONNECT TO MY SERVER PLZ HELP!

Go to whatismyip.com and then see the IP. That will be your true IP. Give it to your friends in the form of IP:Port and they will be able to connect to your server easily.

sherry my friend ma ye sab kar chuka ho jo jo ma janta tha try kia n akhir ma ap logo se help mangi hai

masla ye hai k 27015 port forward kardi hai n port checker se check karlia hai port open bhi hai but masla ye hai k server pa lan ip arahi hai and wan ip nahi aur agar ma apni wan ip: port k sath ip kisi ko add karne k lia de raha ho to us k pass server find nahi hrha hai

I dont think only the 27015 needs to be forwarded. There were a range of ports on portforward.com which need to be forwarded.

But as far as I know, if you have forwarded your ports and you have to download this: http://www.cstrike-planet.com/files/11. Run it and let it install files on your PC. Then run the dedicated server from the newly downloaded files. It'll work.
