they are useless... only use what you are comfortable with... using those configs is incredibly moronic.. everyone has his own settings and will give you nothing...
Shows your lack of knowledge. These configs are optimized for playing at international level. Obviously, you will change settings such as sensitivity, crosshair size based on your preference but the rest of the settings are optimal for the best possible game.
Just change ex_interp 0.1 for online play.

tell me one thing about those configs that are for "international" standard...
every pro player will smack you when you ask him for config and say that config does not matter....
other than sensivity and crosshair size there is nothing that indicates a player's style of play as it does not show windows settings and his mouse and mousepad or monitor etc. which could tell you some stuff about good things to buy... the rates and everything... i mean everything is standard... default... nothing else... i think you haven't played cs for a long time at all... yeah... noob ... i want to bash you hard but i cannot as i am a little sad after reading details about that sialkot incident... but plz i want to ask you a question...
what is in their config that is so special?? plz give examples about important commands... cuz interp should be 0.01 online or onlan no matter what... zoom sens is 1.2 default normally(most or all the configs will have that)... the rates will be same which are default... or would you like to show stuff about netgraph(which is illegal in some leagues)... plz do enlighten me what are the international standards... ahahahhah... really do that plz...

you are probably a noob who plays with accel. and thinks that you have an edge over anybody with these configs... now first in your reply you will have to point out anything .... i mean anything that makes these configs worth having... everything that matters is often the default values... the rates... your interp. ... your zoom sens. and crap like that which at default are the "international standard" other than interp which should always be set to 0(forced to 0.009 by cs)... now you have no idea what interp is so only noobs will say that play with that online... pros play with 0.01 no freaking matter what.... lets talk about the things that matter...
what is skill?? it is not just your aim... it is how you move... it is how you control you recoil... you do not need to be an accurate headshot aimer... many pros just aim at the neck rather than the head cuz fifty percent of the time you would miss a headshot while trying to aim only at the head... well that is cs for you... it is random... it is random and that is why it takes atleast more than 2 years to combat an old player like me... you can have a good day at cs and think you are a pro but the next day you will show your immature game... randomness personified... practice is the only thing that make you good... nothing else... one player plays with 3.7 ingame sens. that is pretty high if you have 6/11 windows and 400dpi... now the other player with be playing at 1.5 ingame with default windows and 400dpi... both will be top players in the world but with different playstyles... and they will have huge differences win their config... so you are contradicting yourself...

what does that say?? have you ever seen a config?? a default config?? i think not... if you change the settings to your own style then what is left?? plz do enlighten me?? i did ask you to point out the commands that are helpful at the "international level"...after reading this post that is the first thing you have to copy paste from configs pointing out the great holy things the pros use and no one knows about?? if you want to be good then see how they play... their brightness settings or their gamme settings will do you shit... eveyone has a different computer and all of that varies everywhere... rates are default so no one changes them... netgraph is illegal(you won't even know why)... the rest is just bindings and crap commands that you have no bussiness messing with... no matter what command you change or think is "pro" some other better player would be using default and fucking the hell out of your miserable 2 years experience....
accel. .... that is what matter... that is what matters for consistent gameplay... and crap people like trace who use accel. rape the best of the best so once again it becomes preference... no matter what settings you choose you become used to them and adapt...
high or low sens. that is very important to discover you playstyle... how many degrees you take to turn a 180 degree on your pad... recomended is 180 for half your pad but that is what fisker said and people with a lot lower sens. are now better players that what he was... so what does that mean ... i don't know... "preference"
are you a wrist aimer or an arm aimer... i am sure you know nothing about that... well wrist aiming is more spontaneous and random while arm aiming is consistent... but people like forest are wrist aimers and who are they ?? the best in the world?? well what does that say ?? once again """""""preference""""".... now i think you will be noob enough to say that this has nothing to do with config but i am pointing it out saying that cs is random and you can pawn with whatever you have if you stick to it and practice freaking hard...
what resolution to use... 800*600,680*480 or 1024*768... well awpers prefer the 1024 one as it is clear but it is bad for recoil control for rilfes... 600*480 is good for rifles as the recoil is easier(most euro real pros use it with large crosshair and that is why their spray is crazy crazy crazy) while it is horrible for awp due to the huge dot and lack of clearity... 800*600 is sort of best for both worlds... but pros like walle play with 640*480 and pawn with awp, and players like lex who use 1024*768 can pawn your royal noobness with rifles as well... what does that say?? ummm... i don't know ... PREFERENCE??????
lets talk about the real gaming sens. which is ingame shit...
how well you with your angles and how quick you are is what matters... how solid is your aim... how hard you practice... communication within your team... knowing the strengths of your team and your opponents as well as the weaknesses will give you success... ofcourse i should not talk about it as you will hardly make it far with those trustworthy configs... you know what a config is right?? it is bascially your binds... and eveyone has a different one... eveyone uses different.. so do point me out the interesting things that no one can live without... and do not contradict yourself saying that you have to tweak it and crap... i will make a fool out of you sir... well not a fool as you are just a noob who thinks he is good and who thinks he can win over here(i know you are gonna post back trying to call me stupid and blah blah but it won't take long before you will resort to abusing only cuz you won't be answering my questions)...

Most of these configs are set to values that allow for competitive play. Just like ex_interp 0.01 your saying.
Your contradicting yourself, by default cs sets ex_interp at 0.1. An average noob wont notice this, this is where configs help.
Another scenario, most noobs dont know about binds. Downloading configs will help here too. Why do you think you can download configs from fnatic, sk on their official sites.

and dude i feel sorry for you, you cannot differentiate between optimized (standard for international players) and default values. I'm not going to reply any more to this desperate retard. When i downloaded a config at first, I didnt know the values at first (cl_cmdrate, ex_interp) but then I googled it and tweaked it for online play.
