That's okay. And place plugin files under /addons/amxmodx/plugin folder.
Once you've past them at right place just edit /configs/plugins.ini files at the bottom put their names like admins_online.amxx and so, under "third party plugins".

Also, please edit your previous 2 post and remove those quoted ip address and Steamid.

This ip worked : 192.168.1.128
1 at the end wasn't working, I opened the sv options and saw that it was 192.168.1.128, so it worked.

That's good to see. I didn't knew your IP address so yes next time confirm it by going to start > run > type "cmd" and in command prompt type "ipconfig" or "ipconfig /all" without quotes.
