Since you're behind a dynamic IP your IP will be changed every time you shut down your PC. Best way is to learn about DNS.

Well, for static IP you should ask your service provider, they'll cost you a couple hundreds more. As for your friend's IP that's a dynamic address (DNS) that's what I was talking about.

Go there:
http://www.no-ip.com/ Download and install thier client for Windows run, create an account and you're done. You need to register your DNS name like SaadGenius.no-ip.org or et cetera. For further RTFM!

Nevermind the static ip ... I want to configure the sv right now.

Firstly, the sv is working fine. I played with my friends.
But their latency is 90 or 90<.
It causes lag ...
You said, in order to make it better, we gota configure the sv and some settings. It'll make the sv better.
