change ur server to Italy and connection to 10MB from Steam --> Setting --> Downloads and Cloud...

They were crowded few days back too but damn that ptcl routing problem ppl are getting 200+ ping

Thanks, trying that too. I've been changing servers all day long.
EDIT: Dropped to 40/s now. Getting around 250/s on Switzerland server which is still too low for a 4mbps connection.
