Hey guys,
After a lot of waiting for the Sparkle Calibre 560Ti to be in stock i was so eager to buy it. But when i was building a rig for someone else and bought the non Ti GTX 560 of sparkle i noticed that with ASUS P8H61 MLE and MLX motherboards i cant use dual channel memory with these cards due to their heatsink and back plate which restrict the second channel memory to be secured. So after this disappointing and been without gaming for almost 1 and a half week i was like no more i should buy it now. But before i get on with the pics and etc I would like to thank and curse pg of a few things :P.
So here is my story :
I joined PG in august 2010 and i had a P4 at that time and was making a new dual core system, after logging pg more than 10 times a day looking at those mouth drooling rigs and hardware I was like forget everything i want the best PC. I completed my upgrade after 5 years in JAN 2011 with the following specs:
Dual Core E6500
P5G41T-M LX
2Gb Kingston DDR3
Sparkle GXT 450
CM 690II
ETC
And now i am so much into upgrading and overclocking and stuff that i spend every penny on my PC. The dual core rig costed me no more 30k and now after 1 year this is my new rig :O.
i5 2500k
ASUS P8H61-MLE (Asrock Z68 Extreme 3 or 4 Gen 3 coming in Jan)
G.Skill Ripjaws X 1333 DDR3 4GB
MSi GTX 560Ti HAWK (being unboxed today :P)
Intel 40GB SSD
CM 690 II
ETC.
So i would like to thank pg for making me a every hungry pc enthusiast and i would also like to curse pg for making me spend every penny on my pc :P. till now i have spent about 100k on my i5 rig including the LED :P and thats alot of money :P.
Now since you are bored of my story here is the unboxing :P
