it means i should ready for some trouble with this game as i am also going to install it tomorrow
All I can say is Optimus technology sucks on some laptop models, and ur might be one on them that is its not switching to dedicated gpu when needed and ur game might be running on intel hd graphics.

well i just purchase gtx 550ti but having same problem mine is also running too much slow that it looks i am playing it on p4 pc on intel gpu.i reduce every settings to low but no go.i just tried mafia 2 it works like water
Reinstall ur game and patch to v1.0.4 than apply razor1911 crack i hope it works
Uninstall the game and ....... ......... ....... wait for GTA 5
