cs 1.6 not working

i have installed many versions of cs 1.6 and all of them don't run. when i start cs it just shows me the background but when i hover my mouse where the buttons are supposed to be it gives those sounds. also i exit by opening the console and typing exit although i am not able to see the console
i have windows 7 64 bit
5gb ram
dual core processor

Try running it under Windows XP Sp3/Sp2 compatibility settings from properties.
It is the most common fix for "black screen with sound" in cs

yestraday i installed windows 7 ....and updated my graphic driver to and radeon ......but all hacks like ecc 5.2,badboys,mph is not working.....hacks r not working help me pls
