The Price looks really promising overall for the Product but cant really say about quality..

Its not symbios.pk thats offering cheap, i think its more expensive with them coz their Latest model with better specs costs merely 128$ and that makes it ~ 12k..

Nope, don't go for it. You're way better off saving for an iPad 2 or ASUS EeePad Transfomer. You can get them at around 30k. I highly doubt that Chinese tablet is running ICS, it's probably running a cheaply made skin. Tablets like the Transformer Prime haven't gotten ICS yet so it's pretty much impossible that a Chinese tablet has it. Secondly the screen resolution will bug you a lot since that's a resolution phones use. Lastly 512MB of RAM for an Android is a no go.

If you can find out that this tablet can run Cyanogenmod9, then get it. Cuz its hardware seems decent. And Cyanogenmod9 has some good features normal ICS doesn't have.

CyanogenMod 9 is still in it's Alpha stages, so basically it runs like shit.

True, but once its out of Alpha, its gonna be epic.

Point being, if it supports Cyanogenmod9, then it would likely support future Cyanogenmod upgrades too if not getting official upgrades from Android.
