Samsung galaxy S2 usb port replacement/repair

So... my galaxy S2 ended up with a faulty charger port- it charges but it doesn't get recognized on the PC. After much meddling around I have come up to the conclusion that The flex cable ribbon is faulty now, and hence it needs replacing. I'd give it away to some shop in hafeez center to fix it, but I don't really know any place that I can trust my phone with. At the moment I'm considering fixing it myself. But for that I need the part mentioned in the title. So does any one know where I can get this part in Lahore? I'd prefer an original part, or heck, even a good copy considering how desperate I am to get this fixed. But that all depends on availability.

      I'm looking for this:
Flex Cable Charging Charger Connector Port USB for Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 | eBay

Alternatively, I could give it to a shop with good repute, for repairing it. Any recommendations?

      Thanks.

You mean like Airdroid? I do that, but I also do frequently flash my phone, and it just so happens that my last flash was a stock 2.3.6 gingerbread rom. I managed to root it, but I've yet to get a custom recovery on it. And I need to be connected to odin for that. :L
