My Deaf Brother wants a Touch Screen Mobile like Wave 1 or Galaxy S :

I bought him USED Galaxy S i9000, but he said it has no Flash in it.
So i sold it back to a friend.

He wants a Smart Phone with at least LED flash in it.

Now i want a USED mobile, I know Samsung s8500 Wave 1 has a Flash in it.
But can you recommend any Other Smart Phone which is Not Laggy or Slow.

My Bro wants USED mobile for Now in Good Condition.

He wants use Touch Screen Smart Phone for:
1. He wants 3.3 Inch Screen Atleast with Flash on Camera.
2. Facebook on Wifi chat & comment Pics.
3. Taking Pics with Cell.
4. Making Videos of Friends with Cell.
5. SMS with Cell.
6. Play some touch screen games.
7. Cell should not Slow down while SMSing, Camera, Internet Browsing.

-I just bought Samsung Ace s5830. Its in Excellent Condition.
-I has Android 2.3.5 GingerBread XXXKPO, so should i update it or anything else i need to do???
-What People mean by Rooted Android?

-What Apps good should I Download from Android market & Samsung Apps??
-What Wifi Device should i buy from it, & how much is price of Wifi??

Sorry to hear about your brother having one less capability, but he maybe blessed in many other ways.

I would reccomend the Samsung Galaxy Y & Samsung Galaxy Mini as they are great phones in that budget. But they both Do not have flash for camera
