      Thank you for your feedback and we are trying our level best to reply to all questions as soon as we can the fact is that we have a commitment with our customers that all questions shall get answered hence some important ones have to wait to be answered. It takes us 24-48 hours to respond to your email and you can also call in anytime if nothing is working just email at complain@homeshopping.pk and someone shall get in touch with you right away.

      Since you are here shayaan please look into my order# 17171. Its been over a month now and i still havn't received the accessories.

      The order was place over a month now and according to your slogan,"if we dont have it ... you get it for free". so when can i pick up the accessories for free ?

      The screen protectors are back in stock and like muddasir called and confirm that they are in stock but you i believe told him to give him together with the case sorry but the case is taking a while due to slow shipments and yeah sure we will give it for free when it comes but not because we do not have it we do thats why we giving it but just for the fact that the delay took place and we shall not charge you for that but yes the screen protector needs to be paid for. You also bought the HTC Chacha with this order and hope all went well with that unit.

      Could we have your order number so we can look into this exactly according to the comments left on the order details so we can face this for you . If this was not the first time then sure please give us all the order numbers. As far as the seal issue goes no we are sorry the products need to be bought , imported into our country hence the seal has to be opened but is it not like that with every importer ? that is what we wish to ask you so we can explain you better why this is the case in the first place ? ..

      Let me clarify that Muddasir did not call, i had to call in to inquire. Muddasir did speak with me and he told me that the batch of screen protectors you guys had ordered in was not up to the standard, hence you had to return the stock and was expecting the new stock in a week or so. He even told me that i was on your waiting list and when the new stock would be available he would give me a call. I never received that call.

      I would also like to let you know that its not about the money, you guys are advertising "if we don't have it, you get it for free". I placed an order for a product on your website and its been over a month now since i havn't received it, if you guys can not live up to your slogan then please stop advertising it.

      Frankly, HSN mouthpiece! do you think anyone will take their time to read your rant? Why so upset? Almost every Pakistani forum has threads about HSN scams.
      And stop BSing about the so called warranty or return policy or whatever. You intentionally send wrong items to people because if they dont spot the anomaly, you will be successful. Otherwise, you will cut a sorry figure and send them a new unit. Dont tell me that you keep doing mistakes. You are not that naive, unless you staff is not only illiterate but also blind. Needless to mention that you got an award from the most corrupt PM in history of Pakistan.
      And i almost bought a phone from your site almost 2 years back. You were unable to give me a phone with its factory seal still sealed.
      You told me that you unpack phones to check them. Right?
      And i asked you to unpack (removing the factory seals) in MY PRESENCE and you refused. So much for your honesty.
      Moreover, do you ever declare your sources? No. I will not be surprised if you get most of your phones from sites like ebay.
      Check your phones' pages yourself. You get several objections every day. Ever wondered why? Your claims are always dubious. Your replies are mostly vague.
      For instance, if i ask you about the box contents, you will tell me that the box contains everything that comes packed internationally. Who are you kidding with? Even a toddler knows that package differs region to region. Why cant you move your ass and check your boxes and list contents on respective pages?
      And if you source your phones from Euro zone, they should come with a 3 pin charger due to FCC compliance. I guess no one bothers to check that. However, this opinion might be wrong.
      In a nut shell, you are just another sucker out there apparantly. Give me a single reason what makes you better from khokha shops at hall rd. And please, cut the warranty crap.
      People allege that your staff calls people with different names according to the situation. If it really is true, i am not surprised.
      btw, are you a registered business?
      To give you a proof of my own experience, i will have to buy a phone from you. Unfortunately, i cant flush my parents money down the toilet to prove a point which is already gaining momentum.
