Got to buy a phone - budget 20K

My bro wants a new phone - android obviously - and the budget is about 20K. What would be the best one for him? I checkedout some online sites and SE Xperia Ray is for 21K - is that a good one? Any other suggestions in that budget?

If you want a used phone then Look for Galaxy Ace, Desire HD, Nexus One [Or Nexus S if you're lucky]

for new phones try HTC Wildfire S, SE XPERIA Ray.

24K would be a bit too much and I really am not that experienced to buy a used phone (won't know what to check in there when buying it)

Ok so if I have to choose between HTC Wildfire S and SE Xperia Ray - which one should I go for?

^ I advise you to get xperia ray.Much better than than wildfire s.
Wildfire s is pretty much a crap phone.

Get the Xperia Ray. My friend has it and I went to his house yesterday and was playing with it most of the time and it felt great for a 3.3" phone. Great build quality. Awesome performance. Camera was good. Wifi and cellular signal strength were also good. It does 720p (I think). Wildfire S doesn't do 720p and doesn't have good battery life. Screen quality and build quality are very poor. (Most HTC phones have shitty build quality). Camera is bad. The phone is overall not worth it for the money. Xperia Ray is a much better choice.

So I went to the Saddar market Karachi and there were not a lot of shops that had the Xperia ray - the price was 20K but everyone said that there is no warranty for the set as there is no official distributor for it - is that correct? and is that a problem or should I try and go for something else?
