Google Maps Navigation for Pakistan - Symbian/Android/BlackBerry Devices

Hybrid maps is something that i miss in Sygic maps... Once you are out of major city, roadmaps aren't really helpful...

Google Maps app only caches Roadmaps but not hybrid maps which really helps you in remote areas out on a trip...

I bought Sygic because it was really helpful within city navigation and deserved it... Atleast someone has to support them in continuing their support for Pakistan...



They sent me activation code without asking imei # or any other thing... Its just like windows key you get.. I think it can be used on multiple devices...

I feel like sharing it with 2 to 3 guys here but can't take risk...

Yes i can take risk if 3 to 4 guys share product cost... If it gets blocked, we all die together... If it doesn't, we are king... Now decide..

Android has edge i think. I mean we have the cracked apk with latest maps. So why did you buy the software since you own an android device

we all can just go pick up a gun and Rob several people on Road... Its the easiest way of earning money, so why work hard to earn?........

Like I said, it was because I was sick of waiting for its crack... new Updates were here with more maps and just ethically felt like paying for it since it saved my time and money on several Occasions...

@abobo : hey can you help me with gps? I haven't ever used it. How does it work? First i download the sygic app then activate gps? That way I can use it as a navigator? And gprs is used for downloading maps?

You guys first need to ensure you have downloaded the Maps data... Open Sygic Downloader and check for Asia>Pakistan and download it... For first time it can take long as it would download around 200mb of data...

Once downloaded, just open up the Application, turn on GPOS when prompted... Go out in Open space and wait for atleast 5 mins ( sometimes 10 mins) to get a GPS Lock... The triangle will turn Pink... The Triabgle shows your Current position...

Now keep moving and the triangle will follow you...


Since Sygic Maps is Road Navigation stuff, it might tell you your position on Road nearby....


Search for a location with Options> Navigate to > City > Address > POI (points of interest - means known places)

Thanks for the detailed response. So we need to buy sygic to start using? Or it has some kind of free trial? Or the free version has limited features or something? Secondly, the map data downloaded contains the position of hotels, banks etc?

No need to buy it...... unless you ethically want to.....

Just download from here latest cracked 11.2.6 version.. has pakistan updated maps... Uninstall previous one before installing this one..

Installed and working great. Only it take a lot of time for initial fix as compared to google nav.

Hey friends can someone upload (torrent preferable) the pakistan maps along with the base package? The problem is that I am trying to download it through "sygic map downloader 1.9" but it gives some error (connection with the source) interrupting the download.
