good HD VIDEO mobile | range 25,000 to 35,000 Rs.

1 of my cousin is intending to buy superb HD VIDEO camera mobile for his BROTHER's WEDDING purpose.

I suggested to buy Xperia NEO V or galaxy S2

I need some opinions from all of u guys

Range is 25,000 to 35,000 Rs but can be extended more if find better fone (obviously NEW)

The only phone I can actually recommend for such a serious task is the nokia pureview 808. Thats way above your budget though and you are better off buying a dedicated camera as the nokia isnt a very good phone apart from camera.

If you really must get a phone within your budget then galaxy S2 is the only option as it has 1080p and a memory card slot which you will really need for shooting lots of full HD videos.

Seriously ... Tell your friend to get A CAMERA for the job. Phones aren't meant for such occasions :S

Even if he purchases a Smartphone (say a Galaxy S2, which is available in used for 31-33k easily), the Video Quality will still be Grainy, Not-so-Detailed, very simply ... SHITTY. The smartphones' cameras will serve you WELL for Average Daily Life photos. But FOR WEDDING ... Yea you got that right. GET.A.HANDICAM (or a Movie camera, whatever you call it)

I am sure you can purchase an HD handycam within 30-40k.

Smartphones are only good at shooting outdoors under daylight.
