I would be surprised if this happened to iOS. Android is an open-source platform and you have to learn to take the bad with the good.

If one is so concerned about viruses then install a anti virus or simply just don't install apps that don't have positive user reviews/comments or no reviews at all, simple and easy.

I am a user of iOS myself but Syed Shehzad stop it. It's getting really old and childish.
It is not childish it is fact about that crap os to compare it with ios.

I am giving up on iOS vs Android discussion.... No more from my side...
Windows itself is prone to thousands of dangerous trojans but that doesnt mean iOS beats it.
