Yes Psp can be a controller only if you play those games which support Remote play . I don't know about I-pod accessibility but all Psp can do is that it can connect with Ps3 and it can create a wireless point so that a number pf Psp can connect with the PS3

Yeah You can play all videos and music from Psp Also you can transfer them to the Ps3 using the 2.0 bluetooth feature in it
