hey i just heard from a very very reliable source that the hack for ps3 has come so could anyone else confirm it for the members of PG maybe my source is wrong but it is unlikely..........my source says that somebody he knows got it modified.

What is the price of HDMI in Karachi? I've Sony Wega Trinitron TV, can I connect it to my TV?, since my tv is based on SDTV. I'm asking this question to u people bcoz I wanna play GTA 4 on PS3 (haven't bought it though), because the shopkeeper has told me that GTA 4 will be required an HDMI to play it properly on some TVs.

Any help and suggestion in this regard will be highly appreciated!

You can't use HDMI cable with your TV. BTW HDMI cable is not required to play GTA4. HDTV/LCD is required to be sure that there won't be any issues.

But GTA4 can be played on SDTV as well. What is the region of your PS3?

Thanks man! Well I haven't bought PS3 yet but InshaAllah, I'll buy PAL region of PS3 soon bcoz I think in Karachi only PAL region of PS3 is available.

so dont worry man.only ntsc-j modles,who come 2 monthes ago have a gta4 problem(requir lcd tv)
if u interested in pal modle,u ll not face any requirment of lcd tv.i also have pal modle.gta4 work fine.

umm i got mine from playasia for 45$ u know the 5$ off coupons :P but now it wont work since the price i think is already 45$ on playasia

Regarding your question, I bought a Dual Shock 3 in November for 3400Rs. Can't say what the going price is these days but expect it to be between 3500-4000Rs.
