I would prefer using the "reinstall OS from scratch as a last resort, but can someone tell me an easier solution outside of running an anti virus / scan etc? if so can you please tell me something light?

Its a netbook with 1 GB of ram so please be gentle.

The files and all run but if I do run something then it shows a cmd box for a split second and disappears, and then the file runs.

can someone please help me get rid of this pain in the ass virus?

I have one more question my comp is showing me almost 50 percent ram in use, and almost 30 percent for processor but still for some reason every flash player supported videos are playing way DAMN TO SLOW!! like voice goes ahead and video stays.....Videos used to work fine on same hardware!

I love music so much, and sometimes I get creative ideas in my mind too! Problem is How to shape those idea into audible beats :D
Well, I have been using Virtual DJ and Audacity(Rarely) for mixing but I find these Limited in use!
I was only able to merge one track into another or mix instrumental with vocals. But those were not very quality mixes.

Is mixing/remixing possible on PC only? using softwares only? If yes, what are those softwares?

I have hp dv2000 laptop, it had windows 7 installed in it and it was causing trouble ( freezing n all ).. the cd rom wire is disconnected or what so its not working, its coming out n all bit does not show up in pc. So i booted a usb and planned to install vista in it.
I did so, in the installitation menu i hv formatted the current windows. As the installation begin it gave the error that files are not complete. It means the iso file downloaded is corrupted.
Now i dont have any windows in computer.

My desktop pc is burnt due to high voltage n other laptop is with my Father n he s abroad for a week.
So what could b done now ?

Small problem really. I'm in 2nd year (ICS), so we have to do a database project on anything. I chose Graphic cards (awesome choice, right?). I was all done and everything. I made it with MS Access 2010 (not a big fan of Office 2013).

So, after a month, I actually went to college to submit it (I was the only college student present :P). Since I have a reputation of being a computer geek, there were 'expectations' from me. So, I went, gave in the CD. My sir had Office 2007. I thought there were no compatibility issues between Access 2007 and 2010. And yes, there aren't MAJOR issues. I made quite a simple database with photoshopped pictures NOT using any of the new 2010 features, so it SHOULD easily run.

So, my sir opened it and VOILA, no pictures or anything. It was a terrible grey background with terrible font. I was like "wut?". I used images with embedded macro instead of normal button commands. The .SWF file loaded easily but there weren't pictures ANYWHERE. They were all PNGs. Since there's no deadline and I can email my sir any file (hopefully).

First, can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
Second, ANYONE who has Access 2007, tell me and I'll PM you my database file. It should be of interest to anyone since it names (80% of the GPUs released from 2006 to 2013 with their prices). You simply have to tell me if it works on your 2007 version.
